Depends on the demands for the day. Like I said, add fruit, bananas, apples, raisins, nuts, honey, maple syrup, plus the custards egg... 150 calories grows to big proportions in no time.

One half cup of oatmeal is meager fare to start the day for such a demanding regimen. At best it would have 150 calories (plus whatever condiments are added). Cycling at your level certainly must expend 600-800 calories per hour. I recognize you will eat while you train but again the math is frightening. Perhaps this accounts why you ride for a living and I read about it for leisure. Best of luck with the new team and rectifing grammatical errors where ever they may be found.

Eggs in oatmeal! First I was wow'd with the pumpkin oatmeal recipe in the fall, and now egg in the oats. Kind of, well, brilliant. Consider: iamtedking oatmeal cookbook?

The trick to steel cut oats, is to soak them in water over night. Simply fill your favorite bowl with water, add desired amount of oats, soak overnight, and microwave come morning. A minute or two
(depends on microwave) should do the trick. EASY!

Hi Sir,
I was wondering which way you lean concerning Nutella as a facet of breakfast/lunch/whenever in the kitchen? Whenever I watch the extras on a cycling team they always seem to have a tub of it on the table. Granted its tasty but would you ever spread it on?
