Welcome to the (Velo)Nation



I’ve been impressed by the work of Velonation when I stumbled upon their site sometime this year. So I was more than happy to do an interview with them a few days ago. If you’re bored, feel free to give it a read. It’s HERE.

Aaaand because I just happen to be partial to putting photos of food in these here blog posts, here’s a hearty chili I have simmering on the stove right now.

    Looks like what went on in my kitchen yesterday – except it’s too hot outside to be eating chili (66 right now!!). Did you throw some chocolate in your chili? I did.

    The chili is LIKE-WHOA-GOOD! No lie, this is straight delicious. The chipotle chili powder was definitely a key ingredient. Chopped avocado topping also plays a key roll in its deliciousness.
